Bada Bing

Spent the majority of the break readjusting my schedule. It feels amazing working out again, plus it's great to be back on a court after years. Too bad we still suck. Either way, progress...it feels good.

Belief

Started out spring break to line-up with the homies to meet Stephen Curry at our local mall. We showed up about four hours early to end up being a group of people away from our chance to meet him. Nice to know that people are insane enough to start a mob to meet the man, especially from the back of the line. Well that's kind of what you get for deciding to show up less than an hour early. Shout-out to the people who think they're still in elementary school and it's fine to cut in line. No bueno at all. Whatever, I wanted to see Bazemore anyway. Next time.

He bought a second toaster just to get it autographed. Still sick to have either way.

Good seeing you Jewel! Don't worry, you'll get your love letter to Klay soon.

The guy behind it all.

Even Adacyn came out! Glad to see she's already holding it down for her fellow Warriors fans!

Runaway

Fifty-five days without a run makes one weak. Well it does to me at least. In fact,  more than a day without a run has its negative impact on me. The recovery process was slow and tedious, but in the end, it's the will to return that will always prevail. Running, to me, just has no straightforward explanation. I could go on and on babbling about how much love I have for it right to the point where you'd be more than fed up with hearing about it. It really has its place near and dear to my heart. It's just a powerful source of motivation, plus the benefits of being active and such are a great perk.

Hands down, one of my favorite places on campus.

A home away from home, no matter where I go.

Delicate

Do you know that overwhelming emotion that takes over you when you're falling in love? It gives such an inhibition, you just want to submit to it. With a renewed inspiration and romanticized view of life, I'd gladly do it over and over again, time after time.

Mean and Vicious

Could it be?

But it is.

I think my heart lit up a little when I found these restocked. I just calls it hows I sees it. You have no idea how much love I've had for these for the longest time, and believing I'd never see them again after missing out on the QS, I'd have to say I lucked out big time to manage to pick these up.

Then I broke down and bawled after these restocked. I've joined the club.

Really, these are all a man needs. Good things come to those who wait. There's no doubting that philosphy.

Good Vibrations

A little but not so late, finally got around to developing February's roll. There isn't too much to say about last month, pretty uneventful with school and recovering. However, I was lucky enough to get out of the house for a day and kick it with Ronnie, go thrifting, stop by Toys 'R Us to return stuff and grab some Sonics.
The man, the myth, the legend. Taking numbers and Wookiee heads.

Happy hour is always good hour.

Burn it...

Burn it with fire.

Late picture of the birthday girl in her man-truck! Glad she enjoyed my gift.

I definitely promise I won't be too late with film developing. You gotta understand, it's not easy to get it done these days. I used to get rolls developed at a nearby Walgreens but it's around $12 for both the roll and CD. After discovering the Costco a bit of a ways off that does the exact same thing for about half the price and quality service, why would you argue with that logic? I do however miss the good old days of dropping by any Costco in general to get rolls developed and prints for under $10. I'm all for the digital era, but it's a shame that some of the arts are slowing being lost. But I digress, there's more the come!

Flume

After all the hectics of studying for midterms and finishing final projects for classes, it's a nice change of pace to actually get some breathing room and take some time for personal leisure. With finals week just around the corner, there's no doubt about my hopes to prepare early to step up to the challenge. I'll hopefully be getting a roll developed over the weekend, so I'm crossing my fingers tightly for a great outcome.
Having my first completely available day in what seems like a long while, I was lucky enough to be able to reunite with one of my most important friends. The rain's finally come back to town and I couldn't love it anymore. I'm not too sure how to describe it, but a sort of reprieve comes over me, plus some music just sounds ten times better to listen to when it's raining. There just has to be some type of correlation between atmosphere, ambiance and some other technical stuff that I find just appealing. Anyway, grabbed a late lunch with Carla today. She took me out to trying gyros for the first time and I have to say I'm pretty hooked. They're just great. There's no other way to put it. Also got to try baklava which may be one of my new favorite things on this earth. We just spent the rest of the rainy day catching up, listening to music, and goofing around. I wouldn't want it any other way. I definitely needed a pick-me-up and she's just that perfect person to unwind with.

She makes me feel like more of a hypebeast/hipster than I actually am.

Straight up ignant if you ask me. Still stylin' better than most of you cats out there. Clearly you should always take her seriously. I couldn't ask for a better friend.
